Cashew Chicken Teryaki

Ingredients: 
 
3 cups hot cooked brown rice
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 12 oz. package frozen cut green beans
1 cup Mrs. Dash® Sweet Teriyaki Marinade
1/2 cup unsalted cashews
1 cup fresh shredded carrots
 
 
Instructions: 
 
Marinate chicken in 3/4 cup (180mL) Mrs. Dash® Sweet Teriyaki Marinade for at least ten minutes. Remove chicken from Marinade, discarding marinade. In a medium skillet on medium high heat, cook chicken about 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Add green beans, carrots, cashews and remaining 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Spicy Teriyaki Marinade and continue cooking until vegetables are crisp tender-about 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
